All inputs are stored securely (including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2013 compliance), never used to train public AI models, downloadable by company administrators and automatically deleted in accordance with company defined policies. In short, your data is your data and only used for your company and employee business purposes.
How many users are allowed with my organization plan?
At this time, plans are not limited by number of users. You can register as many users as needed. This is subject to change.
Does my company or our employees need to download new software?
No, AI Assist is accessible online so no apps or downloads are required. Once an organization administrator has setup the company account, employees can be invited to setup their own logins and begin using AI Assist within the browser.
Why do I need to input a credit card for the Free Trial?
Having a card on-file helps ensure no service disruption, including maintaining any chat history if you decide to convert to a paid account following the Free Trial. As you near concluding your Free Trial, we'll automatically notify you and provide the option to convert to a paid account in a single click.
Where are my card details stored?
All payment methods are immediately sent to, tokenized and stored by our PCI-compliant payment processing partner.
How do I delete or update my card on file?
Account administrators can update the primary payment method on file and delete stored cards within the AI Assist company management portal.
